After purchasing one of our services, we will begin working on your request, with completion within the agreed turnaround time (refer to our Terms of Service for more information regarding turnaround times).

At any moment during the process, we will get in touch with you to collect any missing, necessary information and specifications if any. All your requests are sent back to your emails in Microsoft Word and PDF format if finalised. Once your purchase has been received, our team will edit and tweak your requests until you are 100% satisfied with the finalised version.

Upon making your purchase, basic personal information to contact you and deliver your request via email is required. This will be your full name (which will go onto your request), your email address and if needed, your phone number; although, you are not obligated to provide a phone number. We may ask for your address for (CVs and cover letters), although we will return a Microsoft Word document and finalised PDF document for you to add any further personal information, such as your address, at your leisure. This will enable you to start using your request straightaway without further input from us.

We do require information such as your work experience, education or any other relevant information within 24 hours minimum from purchasing your request. When purchasing your request, you will be given an initial chance to submit this information at this stage.

To make this affordable for everyone using our services, our requests cost as little as £7.50 with our highest price at £150 for university dissertation support. At LogicaCV, our turnaround times depend on the type(s) of request(s) you make. Our average turnaround is two (2) days from the initial draft of your request, if applicable (excluding writing service requests). Please make sure you are aware of the turnaround time on our Services page before making a purchase on our website.

If you do require your request(s) sooner, we do offer our Fast-Track service, which means you can receive your initial draft within one (1) to five (5) hours once all the necessary, requested and required information has been received by us. Please be aware that in certain periods of the year, our Fast-Track services may not be valid. This is explained on our Services page.
