Agreement:

By making any purchase on LogicaCV, you are entering an agreement with our Terms and Services which are explained in this section. We highly recommend that if you disagree with any of these Terms and Services, you do not continue using this website. From time to time, changes may be performed to these Terms and Services. Should these changes occur after you have purchased one of the services provided by LogicaCV, then the original Terms and Services at the time of your purchase will still apply and be applicable to you.

An agreement and contract with our company will only ensue when LogicaCV have accepted your purchase. Occasionally, orders may be cancelled without notice, but we will inform you within 24 hours of your purchase regarding the cancellation.

Every price that is listed on the LogicaCV website is subject to change without prior notice and LogicaCV do not accept any liability for this. Should our prices change after you have purchased one of our services, then the price at the time of purchase will apply. (Please note that sales and discounts are temporary changes, and any special promotional events or offers are not subject to refunds following any purchases prior to the events.)

LogicaCV fully ensures that the information you view on our website is accurate. We only offer advice and accept no liability as a result of inaccuracy in any of the information that is documented on the LogicaCV website.

Purchasing Our LogicaCV Requests:

To complete your purchase of our services, we do collect the following personal information: contact details (full name, email and/or phone number), education and employment history. If the information requested by us is not available at the time of your purchase, we will be in touch with you to retrieve the missing information, or if there is a minor amount of information missing or required, we will simply highlight this in our final draft when we send your purchase back to you via email. This will enable you to make any final additions of information at your leisure and use your purchase straight away.

At LogicaCV, we receive payment in advance so we can start preparing your purchase. These payments are processed through the online merchant service PayPal that is easily and readily available across the globe for usage. However, if you are unable to use PayPal and thus require paying by other methods, please make contact with us to discuss what alternative suggestions can work best for you.

If you place an incorrect purchase – for example, by selecting the wrong type of request, then we will be in touch with you to make you aware of the situation. We will arrange for any difference in cost to be settled, if applicable. Should you not wish to continue at this stage then we will fully refund you.

If we discover that due to the nature of your purchase, we will not meet the agreed turnaround time (for example, if the information is very complicated and/or complex), we will be in touch with you to discuss this. In addition, if we discover that we do not have sufficient information or resources to work with which will enable us to not meet the agreed turnaround time, we will be in touch to discuss this as well and reach a decision on any actions that are needed and applicable. Please note, that the majority of this paragraph refers to the writing services that we provide as university essays and dissertations are complicated and complex and need sufficient information to work with for the best finalised end product.

Once your purchase has been placed with LogicaCV, we may need to contact you via email questionnaire to gather all necessary information, if needed. The turnaround time that is given for your purchase will apply from when all the requested and required information has been received by LogicaCV. When received, we will personally write, create, edit or proofread your request from the resources and information provided to us, and where any existing content is deemed fit for purpose, we will use it and utilise it depending on the request. Your request will be delivered back to you in both Microsoft Word and PDF format to the email address you provided LogicaCV at the time of purchasing the request. If there is any information missing from your request, then we will be unable to send your CV in the finalised PDF format for immediate use. However, if the missing information or resources are sent to LogicaCV, a finalised PDF version will be sent to you, within forty-eight (48) hours.

We highly recommend that during the process of your request’s completion, check your junk or spam folder in your email. LogicaCV does not accept any liability for a request being sent but is observed as not received for this reason. Any additional services that you purchased (e.g. LinkedIn profile), it will be sent in PDF format with your completed purchase.
 
Once you have received your request, LogicaCV will assume that your purchase with us is completed and finalised, unless you advise us that amendments, new information or adjustments are still required. To be as efficient as possible on our end, we strongly recommend that you explicitly outline any required amendments, new information or adjustments in an email to us and send this to team@logicacv.com with your purchase reference number in the subject line and a summary of what is expected or required. Once LogicaCV has received your email, a response will be given if we believe that your amendments, new information and adjustments need to be reconsidered to provide a finalised request. We aim to complete any requested amendments or adjustments within five (5) working days of your request. If amendments or adjustments need to be completed sooner than the specified time, then please inform us of this immediately, so we prioritise your requests and perform the amendments and adjustments sooner. If the amendments, new information or adjustments are minimal (for example, one to two sentences), we highly recommend that you adjust your quest and email it to us with your purchase reference number, so we can review it, advise on any further recommendations and return a finalised version back to you.
 
LogicaCV provides our services to the best of our abilities with our specialist writers with multiple years of experience, and we ensure that purchases are completed to the best of our knowledge, creativity and sincerity by experienced writers. LogicaCV does not accept any liability if any losses or damages are suffered by you as a result of taking any given advice from us.

 

Turnaround Times:

Our turnaround times are suggested and average, and these may be longer during busier periods (i.e. following university graduations across the globe). The turnaround time begins as soon as all the necessary, required and requested information has been collected from the client, not from when the purchase has been placed.

If we find that we are likely to fall outside the agreed turnaround time during a busier period, LogicaCV will contact you immediately to discuss the situation and will agree on any required actions between LogicaCV and the client.

If we discover that due to the nature of your purchase, we will not meet the agreed turnaround time (for example, if the information is very complicated and/or complex), we will be in touch with you to discuss this. In addition, if we discover that we do not have sufficient information or resources to work with which will enable us to not meet the agreed turnaround time, we will be in touch to discuss this as well and reach a decision on any actions that are needed and applicable. LogicaCV will not be held liable for any complications or inconveniences that are caused by the client as a result of failing to meet our average turnaround time. No refunds will be given in instances such as those outlined above.

To receive your request (CV, cover letter, university personal statement, resignation letter and/or LinkedIn profile only) quicker, we recommend our fast-track option, in which your request is usually delivered within one (1) to five (5) hours (Please observe our services page for more details and disclaimers). Please note again, that this is an average time which is measured from the point the retrieval of the requested and required information from you, the client.

Cancellation and Returns Policy:

The services provided by LogicaCV are requests created to the client’s specifications or personalised. It is for this reason that our services are exempt from the usual selling regulations.

 

We are committed to providing 100% client satisfaction, we will revise your requests until you are 100% satisfied with the final product. This is our 100% satisfaction guarantee, backed up by 6 months of free amendments. We do not offer any refunds for any of our services provided.

 

Complaints:

In the unlikely event you have a complaint, or you are unsatisfied in relation to your purchase(s) with LogicaCV, please email us at team@logicacv.com. When we receive your complaint, it will be thoroughly investigated, and we will reply to you within three (3) to five (5) working days.
